Stop, Drop, Flare to Flag

Service Description

Flare to flag utilizes quite a few different aerial elements and if one is not dialed in, will make this trick feel impossible. We'll go over these elements from the beginning starting with flare technique then focusing on rolling technique. Pre-Reqs: Students should be able to straight arm invert dynamically or from flare to get the most out of this workshop, have some spin tolerance as we move through the flare pathway, and have some experience with c shaping movements on rope.
