Join me for a dynamic workshop where we’ll explore a range of half release moves, those satisfying moments of flight that add flair and freedom to your movement. You’ll learn step-by-step progressions to help you build confidence and technique, along with pro tips to make each release look smooth, controlled, and effortless. We’ll also look at where we can go after the release to make it more than a trick and blend it into choreography.
