ReDirection - Reinvention and Surprise

Service Description

Redirection is a chance for reinvention - each shift a chance to surprise yourself and rewire how you habitually move. In this workshop we will work partly on specific sequences and discoveries from my own practise - moments of surprise and innovation that have reshaped the way I move. We will also go through guided tasks from basic positions that will challenge and develop your own creative vocabulary on the rope. Requirements - able to climb and invert comfortably.
