What we're doing: Breaking down and exploring safe progressions for the front salto recatch and pirouette. Who’s it for: People who want to start exploring release moves but don’t know where to start or are a little scared of letting the rope go! Why take workshop with Jules? Jules was one of the first people to do pirouettes + back to back pirouettes on the Rope and is Cirque du Soleil’s first Aerial Rope solo Artist. Jules’ is a technical coach who excels at deconstructing skills into manageable progressions. Pre-Reqs: Basic knowledge of Beats and Swings. Comfortable with purposeful falling onto mats.
