Cartwheeling Into Infinity

Service Description

Deep dive into cartwheel j-flips, whether you're just learning this fun and funky skill for the first time, or ready to start connecting sides so you can cartwheel to infinity (and beyond!). We'll cover drills on the ground and in the air for this skill before progressing to the half release move and look at various ways to catch and set the skill. Prior knowledge of J flips (other variations) is helpful but not necessary. Pre-Reqs:Participants should be comfortable with bell beats and straddle beats, and have grip endurance to repeatedly train beats for the duration of the workshop.
