What we can offer

• $200 travel voucher for out-of-state guest artists

  • To be disbursed mid-January once we are sure you've filled your workshop enough to make it worth it for you.

• We will find you housing within our community

• Rides to/from the airport as much as possible

• Merch and welcome gift

• And you get to hang out with a bunch of rad rope people!

COMPENSATION

• 70/30 split from the profits of your workshop

  • With discounts for meeting attendees and workshop packages, we average all these payments for a base rate per attendee.
    
    In 2025 that rate was $61.05, and for 2026 this amount will be more or less depending on packages, discounts, etc.

    • Ex.  If you sign up six people, your take-home pay is $​366.30

    • A full workshop of 12 people your take-home pay is $732.60
       

• In 2025 all our workshops were full and most had waitlists of 8-10 people!​​

• Workshops are capped at 14 people (or less if you request)

• If your workshop sells out we have the ability to add more workshops for interested parties
